Ecological Airless Dispensing System

An important part of the development process of the MYK products was to choose the right bottle and dispensing system. During this process we defined four properties that were important to us:

1. attractive bottles that appeals to our customers,
2. robust bottles that can endure shipment and active use,
3. a dispensing system with a locking mechanism for maximum hygienic use and for increasing the product durability, and
4. bottles made out of recyclable materials.

After a long screening process we were left with a small selection of bottles that had similar, but different properties. To choose a winner from these candidates we had to test them in practice. It then became clear that one of the candidates distinguished itself. Although it was the most pricey candidate, it was justified by the superior quality and good match to our goals. We soon decided to choose Promen's Ecosolution bottles for the MYK products.

The Ecosolution bottles have the patented Airless dispensing system which prevents air from reaching the product. The system is made for hygienic use and increases the durability of the product. The Ecosolution system received the recycling certificate from COTREP in 2012. The Ecosolution system is made out of 100% recyclable plastic.

We believe that everyone that use the MYK products will appreciate the quality of the Ecosolution bottles, and that we have chosen to use a environment friendly alternative.
